DECOM from the Inside: How Club Sessions Work
18 June 2025
We continue to introduce you to the DECOM Forum’s program structure!
This edition is about Club Sessions, one of the four key Forum’s formats. These sessions create a space for meaningful dialogue, exchange of ideas, and professional communication.
What is a Club Session?
Club Session is a special format of the DECOM Forum, where participants break out from the main venue into smaller rooms or dedicated zones.
During this time, up to five sessions run in parallel in various formats:
- Technology reports are presentations where companies showcase their technologies and developments
- Workshops are practical demonstrations featuring live software operation or proprietary methods used by companies
All sessions run simultaneously, with each lasting 30 minutes. Participants navigate by the schedule and choose the topics they find most relevant or interesting.
The Club Session is an opportunity to plunge into professional communication in a more focused and chamber environment.
Thanks to the breakout room format, participants can choose the topics that genuinely interest them.
The Club Session is valuable not only in terms of content, but also as an effective space for direct communication with experts, exchange of experience and professional dialogue.
Stay tuned for more DECOM updates — in upcoming posts, we’ll explore other core elements of the Forum in more detail!
