A Unique Simulation Experience

Running throughout the DECOM Forum, the PetroCup Tournament offers participants a highly interactive experience in managing a digital oil and gas asset. Using the PetroCup simulator, teams step into the role of asset managers and decision-makers, navigating the full development cycle of a field — all within just a few days.

PetroCup is an advanced Russian software platform that compresses decades of field development into an action packed adventure. Participants will work with realistic scenarios inside digital twins of real oil and gas fields generated by the PolyPlan Server.

From planning surface facilities and optimizing production targets to interpreting data and carrying out various field activities — PetroCup challenges teams to think strategically and act decisively.

How the Tournament Works

The PetroCup Tournament is open to teams of 10–12 people representing:

• Operating and oilfield service companies
• Universities and research centers
