III Oil & Gas Discussion Forum DECOM-2019 completed in Tyumen

III Oil & Gas Discussion Forum DECOM-2019 ended in Tyumen, with Gazpromneft STC as the general partner, and Nafta College as the organizer. A 3-days program consisting of 12 sessions was successfully completed, including discussions, debates, a round table and interviews with experts, electronic poster sessions (e-Posters), master classes with live demonstrations of tools, software and data processing and interpretation methodologies, traditional poster session. Thematic quizes and a specialized technological game for the field development of PetroCup were held for forum participants throughout the whole program. DECOM's fan zone was opened in the conference hall with a focus on IT technology.

At the end of the forum, on August 29, at the site of Tyumen State University, a highly specialized Technological Day was organized, dedicated to the latest technologies in production logging tools (PLT) and pressure transient analysis (PTA), with a focus on discussing hardware and software solutions. This event was attended by more than 150 representatives of the oil and gas industry. This time, the PetroCup was won by the team (from TGT and Tyumen State University). Nafta College began preparations for the next DECOM-2020 Forum, which will be held in Ufa. Follow the news on the official DECOM website.
